- The Blues return home Tuesday night to face the Edmonton Oilers. They went 2-1 on their trip to western Canada last week, including a 4-1 win in Edmonton. Defenseman Jay Bouwmeester is expected to make his season debut. He has missed the first 21 games of the season because of a broken ankle.

- The Cardinals set their 40-man roster today by adding pitchers Austin Gomber and Derian Gonzalez and outfielders Oscar Mercado and Tyler O;Neill from the minor leagues. The roster is currently at 39.
